Change your password (you know your current one)
- Go to mysignins.microsoft.com and sign in with your work email.
- Select Change password, enter your current password, then your new one twice.
Reset a forgotten password
- Go to aka.ms/sspr.
- Enter your work email and the characters shown, then follow the verification steps.
If self-service reset is not turned on for your company, email support@n49cloud.ca from another email address, and we will verify your identity and reset it for you.
